Information we use
LibTide processes account details, profile and shop information, orders, payment references, refund and payout records, product uploads, reviews, affiliate activity, security logs, and download events needed to operate the marketplace.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, fulfil purchases, prevent fraud, pay sellers, process refunds, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not need or store full card numbers; the payment provider handles card details.
Who receives it
Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, email, storage, payment, banking, security, and support providers, or when lawfully required. Sellers receive the information needed to operate their storefront and understand sales, not buyers' payment credentials.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as needed for service, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal purposes. Access is restricted by account role and technical controls, though no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Some financial and security records must be retained even after an account closes.
