Terms of Service
Using LibTide
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the marketplace lawfully. You may not misuse another person's account, payment method, content, or personal information.
Purchases and downloads
Products are digital goods sold by their listed creator. Prices and the available file are shown before purchase. A purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product under the seller's stated licence; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Refunds
An eligible purchase may be refunded within three days of payment, provided its file has not been downloaded. Once a download begins, the product is no longer refundable. Payment-provider processing times may affect when returned funds appear.
Selling
Sellers must own or have permission to distribute every listing, describe it accurately, and provide valid payout information. LibTide may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings and accounts that are unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or infringe another person's rights.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and data accurate, but maintenance and third-party outages can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be presented with a new effective date. Questions or legal notices should be sent through the support contact published by the LibTide operator for your deployment.
